We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in the garment and uniform production industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling cost estimation, tendering, and project cost control to ensure efficiency and profitability in all production-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and budgets for garment and uniform production orders.
▪️ Analyze production requirements and material usage to control wastage and optimize costs.
▪️ Review purchase orders, supplier quotations, and production sheets for cost accuracy.
▪️ Maintain cost records and prepare regular cost comparison reports.
▪️ Support the procurement and production teams with accurate material forecasting.
▪️ Ensure all projects comply with company standards and client requirements.
▪️ Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for project evaluations and approvals.
Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
▪️ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in garment or uniform production costing.
▪️ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation tools.
▪️ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
