Welding Inspectors – 8 Years
In the field of welding inspection in Turnaround Cutting welding jobs and Project execution jobs. Perform receiving, fabrication, welding and final inspections as per quality plan. Review WPS/ PQR and welders qualifications as per applicable ASME codes and API standards. Study bill of materials, drawing and specifications to prepare inspection plan for piping
fabrication and welding. Perform visual, dimensional inspection and testing as per defined inspection plan. Must have hands on experience
of various measuring and testing tools for dimensional inspection during piping fabrication and welding of of diffrent metalurgy. Identify and
control any non-conformance. Identify inspection and test status at various stages of inspection function and NDT requirements for MT, PT,
UT and RT. Prepare inspection rejection and NCR report.
Diploma / Degree in Mechnaincal/ Engineering. Certified Welding Inspector
(CWI) from American Welding Society (AWS) or CSWIP. Preferably API 570 / 510 certified.
