We’re Hiring: Production Supervisor – Plastic Manufacturing (Irrigation Pipes & Fittings) 🚨
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our plastic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, manage a team of operators, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Highlights:
✅ Supervise extrusion & injection molding processes
✅ Oversee production of HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE & PP pipes and fittings for irrigation
✅ Ensure production schedules, quality control, and safety compliance
✅ Troubleshoot equipment issues & minimize downtime
✅ Lead, train, and mentor production staff
✅ Drive process improvements and efficiency
Qualifications:
🎓 Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Polymer Engineering (preferred)
💼 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in plastic/pipe manufacturing
🔧 Strong knowledge of extrusion, injection molding & irrigation products
👨🏭 Leadership and people management skills
📊 Familiarity with MS Office & ERP systems
