– Build and maintain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
– Keep detailed records of past applicants, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
– Maintain and update a comprehensive database of candidates.
– Collaborate with clients to identify upcoming recruitment and placement opportunities.
– Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure continued partnership and satisfaction.
– Extend offers to selected candidates, ensure prompt processing of written offers, and follow established protocols to finalize the recruitment process.
