Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a supervisory role within the same field
Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service operations and offer assistance to Parts and Sales teams
- Analyze the market potential and revenue projections for the Service Department
- Develop and update training programs for both productive and non-productive staff to foster continuous growth
- Utilize monthly management accounts to monitor and manage the profitability and productivity of the Service Department, including workshop efficiency, debtors, and working capital.
