General Characteristics (Job Summary)
– Identify HSE training needs for the Plant; plan, develop and execute HSE training programs on all related issues and emergency management to all Plant employees in order to promote a safe working environment within the company HSE policy and guidelines.
– Maintain training time and related documents.
– Keep all trainings records
– Maintain proper communication with all subcontractors & client.
– To issue training passport and stickers after conducting training as evidence.
– Capability to follow up of on HSE training activities ensuring the achievements of foreseen targets,
– Capability to prepare and conduct Safety induction for new comers
Job Specific Specialty
– OSHA Certification in Construction Industry
– NEBOSH Certification (IGC1, IGC 2 and IGC3)
– NEBOSH Certification
– IOSH Certification
– OSHA Certification
