• Providing weekly and monthly reports branch wise on sales and income to the management.
• Increase the profitability of the business.
• Expenses and purchase price negotiation.
• Banking activities and bank reconciliation.
• Utility and supplier payments via cheques and through internet banking.
• Keeping employee database regarding visa, ID renewal and other information.
• Employee payroll management (Bank account creation) and bank upload.
• Analyze business development options and provide information and discussion with management.
• Employee issues redressal with minimum supervision.
• Any other managerial and administrative duties as situation demands.

Skills & Experience
* NOC with transferable visa with minimum 1+ year experience
* Good English communication skill
* Basic Accounting and Banking activity knowledge
* Above average knowledge in MS Excel
* Strong people management skill

* Flexible with work timing
* Arabic language knowing and Driver’s licence will be an added advantage
