As Head of Admin Documentation, You will be liable for the management of authoritative administrations, for example, the restorations of licenses, support of vehicles registration& protection arrangements, keeping up associations with outside specialist co-ops, evaluating and sending service bills and the arrangement of other regulatory administrations.
Role Description:
responsible for Supervise the administrator documentation unit to guarantee proficient help administrations tasks.
Manage the arrangement of regulatory administrations for all the Group’s specializations and branches.
Co-ordinate the relationship with outside assistance and utility suppliers.
Direct the exercises of staff in the Admin documentation unit.
Keeping up QNB vehicles armada administrations, for example, enrollment, protection arrangements, and minor administrations and fuelling.
Keep up all administrations contracts guaranteeing their convenient reestablishment and adjustment.
Direct the cycles for accepting administrations bills (counting power, water and phone), checking the accuracy, performing an examination on expenses, and accommodation to represent instalment handling.
Oversee the way toward accepting requests/grumblings and guarantee the ideal goal of such issues.
Plan occasional reports as needed by the board.
Keep up the relationship with outside specialist organizations.
Administer the arrangement of corporate business administrations, for example, clearing shipments and giving advancement licenses
Grow great arranging and co-appointment capacities to oversee and organize a variety of capacities.
Recognize any territories for proficient advancement of self and every single direct report, and act to improve proficient advancement of self as well as other people.
Capabilities:
Four-year college education.
At least 8 years’ involvement with the field of regulatory administration with an introduction to administrative duty.
