Learning & Development and Performance Management
We are currently looking for a Consultant in Learning & Development who is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs, who will work closely with that Talent Management and Development Director, as well as other stakeholders, to create a talent management strategy within government sector.
We are currently looking for a Consultant for Performances Management who is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in optimizing the performance management practices. A professional consultant that have a deep understanding of performance management principles, methodologies and bes practices, as well as the ability to effectively analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field.
– Can speak both English & Arabic (Arabic Nationals)
– Experience working with the government sector or similar
– Knowledge of best practices and standards in related field.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders.
– Available locally (Qatar applicant)
– With valid QID & NOC
– Will be able to join immediately
– Salary is open and negotiable
