We are currently seeking a qualified HR Coordinator based in Qatar. The position is a full-time role with working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding Fridays. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles within Qatar is required, with a strong emphasis on HR regulations, performance management, and compliance.
Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, along with a proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives. Proficiency in HRIS and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) and experience in a specific industry or sector if applicable.
