Rasen
This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions for Rasen clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and customize Odoo modules according to customers’ unique requirements.
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable solutions within the Odoo framework to optimize business processes.
- Customizing and integrating various Odoo applications such as CRM, e-commerce, billing, accounting, manufacturing, warehouse, project management, and inventory management.
- Analyzing user needs and providing technical expertise to build and enhance company-specific mobile applications aligned with customer requirements.
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security of the solutions developed.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, user-centric software solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong collaboration skills, effective communication with product managers, and the ability to identify and resolve software errors promptly.
Qualifications:
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer specializing in Odoo development with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful Odoo implementations.
- Proficiency in Python programming and extensive knowledge of the Odoo framework and its various modules.
- Experience in customizing and integrating Odoo applications to meet specific business needs.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Experience with databases, API development, and cloud computing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clear and concise code.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Qatar Residency.
