Simex Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Planning Specialist to join our esteemed manufacturing team. The selected candidate Product Planning Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and conducting market research, planning, and developing the overall product strategy for Simex Group. The Product Planning Specialist will also be responsible for implementing product development plans based on market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, operations management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
3 – 5 years of proven experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in manufaturing company for foam and mattresses and bottled water production.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and market Research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques is a plus.
Preferably, candidates who are available here in Qatar ONLY, with valid QID and NOC.
