Currently looking for Commercial Manager with background in Facilities Management (FMA).
Candidates must have the following criteria:
– Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Accounting or equivalent
– Minimum 15 years working experience in commercial contracts or holding key management position
– FMA experience is highly required
– Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities
– Perfect command of spoken and written English
– Ability to perform the Marketing aspect of the Facility Management
– Good presentation skills
– RICS, MRICS or equivalent qualified.
– Experience of Contract Types including FIDIC
– GCC experience preferred but not essential
Locally available in Doha candidates will be in priority.
