We are urgently seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Steel Structure and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Design: Produce detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints for Civil and MEP projects, focusing on steel structures and Pre-Engineered Buildings.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software to create accurate and comprehensive designs in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of drawings and designs, adhering to established drafting standards and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation to facilitate effective communication and project management.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design issues, discrepancies, and challenges in a timely and efficient manner to support project timelines and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to Civil and MEP drafting, and seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
