IT Sales and Support Associate
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients, handling troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance. This includes installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, guide them through the purchasing process, and provide post-sales support. This includes understanding customer needs and recommending suitable IT products or services.
- Sales: Promote and sell the company’s IT products and services. This involves explaining technical product specifications, negotiating prices, and closing sales deals.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand how to use their new IT products or services effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise that will aid in making sales.
- Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Also, keep track of all technical procedures and updates.
