Job Summary:
FDC Cargo Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
– Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics and cargo industry.
– Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
– Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
– Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales activities and market conditions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or cargo industry.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Knowledge of the Dubai market and regional logistics industry is a plus.
– Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
