Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives and provide coaching support to leaders and employees.
Talent Management: Design programs to identify and retain talent while overseeing succession planning.
Performance Management: Implement performance frameworks and tools to enhance organizational performance.
Training & Development: Assess training needs and monitor the effectiveness of development programs.
Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
Workforce Planning: Optimize organizational structure and conduct workforce planning.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze organizational data to provide insights for leadership.
Policy Development: Develop HR-related policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 7-10 years
