HSE Supervisor

M Squared is hiring an “HSE Supervisor”

Location: Our project in Maadi “Ashgar Darna”

Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Description:
– Be a part of the process of identifying hazards with the supervision team in his designated area.
– Regular planned area inspections with the area representative.
– Achieve targets and programs in line with company HSE policy.
– Conduct HSE training, induction and specific area induction training is provided for all employees.
– Conduct regular safety meetings in work areas.
– Provide communication to contractors and visitors on relevant HSE policies and procedures.
– Ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors on site area aware of what to do in an emergency.
– Follow up and report of any corrective actions.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree.
– +6 years of experience in construction industry.
– OSHA Construction and OSHA General Industry certificates.
– Has a good knowledge about safe scaffolding, lifting operations and permit to work systems.
– Ability to demonstrate organization and delivery of HSE specific training courses.
– Scaffolding Inspections
– Capability to communicate effectively (oral & written).
– Excellent writing skills to provide support and input for developing written HSE programs reports.
– An excellent working knowledge of Egyptian HSE legislation and the application of this to construction activities.
– Very good command of English language.
