We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Entry and Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position, with exceptional organizational and data management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Ensure data integrity and perform regular data quality checks.
Document Control:

Manage and control all company documents, ensuring they are properly categorized and stored.
Maintain an organized and efficient document filing system, both electronic and physical.
Records Management:

Ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits of document control procedures and records.
Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Communication:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data and document management processes.
Address and resolve any issues related to data entry and document control in a timely manner.
