The Sales Property Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and marketing properties, and achieving sales targets. To work in Luxurious Real Estate Company Based in Doha, Qatar, this role involves a dynamic combination of client engagement, market analysis, and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
2. Property Listings: Present and market properties effectively to potential buyers or renters, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
4. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the success of the team.
6. Client Follow-Up: Provide post-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing strategies.
• Strong client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Skills
• A valid driving license is required.
