Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. You will play a key role in educating healthcare providers about the benefits of our products and driving sales in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers to build trust and drive product adoption.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date on product information, industry trends, and competitor products to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to healthcare professionals.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and target areas for growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Educational Presentations:
Organize and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and seminars to educate healthcare providers on the therapeutic benefits and usage of the products.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territories in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and market developments.
Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. A degree in Business or Marketing may be considered with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience:
Proven experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative or similar sales role in the healthcare industry. Experience with healthcare professionals is a plus.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and trust with healthcare professionals.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and healthcare regulations is preferred.
