Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Officer (QHSE Officer)

Darwish Interserve Facility Management company is seeking to hire a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Officer (QHSE Officer) to join our team, with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure implementation of QHSE policies and procedures across work sites.

– Conduct daily inspections and prepare reports on observations and non-conformities.

– Analyse incidents and hazards and provide recommendations to minimise risks.

– Organise and deliver awareness training for employees on occupational health and safety practices.

– Ensure compliance with applicable international and local standards (e.g., ISO, NFPA, QCS).

Required Qualifications:

Must hold the following certifications:

– NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
– IOSH Managing Safely.
– OSHA 30 Hours.
– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in QHSE roles.
– Mandatory: Previous work experience in one of the GCC countries (e.g., Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE).
– Mandatory: Fluency in *Arabic* (spoken and written).
– Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare technical reports.
