We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize the DevOps environment with a focus on permissions, workload management, and continuous delivery. The role involves handling Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts to support efficient software delivery and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in Azure DevOps.
Administer and configure Azure DevOps workloads:
Boards – setup projects, sprints, work items, and dashboards.
Repos – manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and code policies.
Pipelines – build, release, and deploy automation using CI/CD best practices.
Artifacts – manage package feeds, versioning, and distribution.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline release processes.
Ensure compliance, governance, and best practices across DevOps implementations.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize pipelines for speed and reliability.
Support integration with Azure services, third-party tools, and enterprise systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Azure DevOps administration and CI/CD pipeline management.
Strong knowledge of Git repositories, branching strategies, and code quality practices.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep preferred).
Familiarity with cloud workloads, Azure services, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
