We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate with an IT background who can drive sales, manage customer relationships, and achieve targets while handling diverse client needs in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Generate new leads through cold calling, inbound/outbound calls, and networking.
– Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide training program details.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
– Deliver sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to maximize sales opportunities.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions.

Requirements
– Proven experience in sales, call centre, or business development.
– Strong IT background to effectively explain technical and training solutions.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse nationalities.
– Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
– Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
– Immediate joiners in Qatar are preferred.
