ICT Assets Management Administrator

As an ICT Assets Management Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing field devices, hardware, and ICT assets to support high-profile sporting and event operations. You’ll ensure accurate record-keeping, optimize asset utilization, and streamline processes to meet the dynamic demands of our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish, manage, and administer ICT asset management practices.
Maintain accurate asset records and optimize utilization.
Implement asset-related processes to support event and venue operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Provide reports and insights to support IT service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Minimum 7 years of IT work experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
(Equivalent education/experience: Diploma + 7+ years in similar role).

Required Skills:
-Proficiency in asset management tools (OpenText Asset Manager, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc.).
-ITIL Service Management experience.
-Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
-Customer-focused with persuasive and assertive problem-solving ability.
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications:
-ITIL Foundation Certification
-Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM)
