Hiring: Arabic Facility Maintenance Engineer (Contract Position)
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Contract
Proposed Salary: QAR 8,000/month
United Management and Projects is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement maintenance regulations, safety procedures, and quality control programs.
Plan and manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
Supervise contractors and ensure work is performed according to agreed standards and contracts.
Manage inventory of spare parts and consumable materials.
Prepare technical specifications and maintenance reports.
Support budget planning and ensure operations remain within approved limits.
Inspect facilities and ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations.
Coordinate with relevant teams and provide solutions for maintenance issues.
Support training and development programs related to maintenance and operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Valid Qatar Driving License
Arabic nationality or fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in facility maintenance
At least 1 year of experience in Qatar
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge in Facility Management
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general computer use
Familiarity with technical English terminology
