Senior Business Analyst – National Economic & Investment Platform (Arabic speaker)
Location – Qatar (Locally available candidate)
Experience – 5+ years
Preferred Candidate: (Arabic-speaking)
Job Summary :
• Required Experience:
o A strong background with a minimum of 5-7 years as a Business Analyst on projects that specifically involved web applications, mobile development, and data warehousing.
o Mandatory prior experience working within an economic, financial investment, or public finance domain.
• Core Competencies:
o Demonstrated mastery in eliciting requirements and documenting them effectively for both business and technical stakeholders.
o Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts, such as federated data systems, to non-technical users.
o Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (or a similar tool like Jira) for agile backlog management.
o Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
o Experience with data analysis and a strong understanding of data warehouse principles.
