Customer Service Representative (Wood Manufacturing)
– Location: Doha, Qatar
– Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibility:
– Be the first point of contact for our walk-in clients.
– Manage and coordinate customer orders from start to finish.
– Track order progress with our production and logistics teams.
– Provide clients with timely and accurate updates on their projects.
– Solve problems and address client concerns to ensure a great experience.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a customer-facing role (manufacturing is a plus!).
– Excellent face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong coordination skills to manage between teams.
– Great organizational ability and a keen eye for detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
