We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team in Qatar. The candidate must have proven expertise in 360° recruitment, covering the entire process from sourcing to onboarding and mobilization.
⚪Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience in Qatar
⚪Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to mobilization)
⚪Oil & Gas industry background is mandatory
⚪Must be based in Qatar (local candidates preferred)
⚪Valid transferable QID with NOC (preferred)
⚪Immediate joiner preferred
🔰Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles
🔰Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
🔰Oversee onboarding and mobilization processes
🔰Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
🔰Drive talent acquisition strategies to meet project timelines
