Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Language and Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
Certification: Teaching qualification or license (PGCE, B.Ed., CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent).
Language: Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken and written).
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching English at the elementary level.
Strong understanding of literacy development and strategies to support reading and writing.
Experience in creating engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
