We are looking for an experienced Site In Charge (Valet Supervisor) to oversee daily valet parking operations and ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising valet staff, managing operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate valet drivers and support staff
Ensure smooth day-to-day valet operations
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain discipline, grooming, and service quality standards
Coordinate with management and site representatives
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in valet operations
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory
Valid driving license (Qatar preferred)
Good leadership and customer service skills
Ability to join immediately
