* Process Enhancements: Business analysis to understand workflows, processes, process mapping, root cause analysis etc..
* Governance: SLA defining and management, Compliance, governance Policies and Procedures drafting and updating
* risk awareness, control and reporting
* KPIs / Scorecard drafting and understanding
