Nair Systems is currently looking for MNC Cash Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
– 5-8 years of relevant experience within Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Treasury Services, Business Analytics, or Business Analysis functions.
– Experience working on business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic initiatives, process improvement, or product implementation projects.
– Exposure to multinational corporate banking, transaction banking, or cash management businesses is preferred.
– Experience preparing management reports, business cases, dashboards, and performance analyses.
– Familiarity with cash management products, payments, collections, deposits, and liquidity solutions is desirable.
– Experience working in a regional or international banking environment is an advantage.
Required Special Skills:

– Excellent Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization skills.
– Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience.
– Ability to analyse large datasets and generate actionable business insights.

– Good understanding of Transaction Banking and Cash Management products.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
– Applicable Group policies, procedures, and operating standards.
– Delegated authorities as per the Bank’s approved delegation of authority framework.
– Global Transaction Banking and Cash Management business strategy.
– Approved MNC Cash Mandate growth plans, target client lists, and corridor expansion strategies.
– Regulatory requirements governing Cash Management, Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Deposits, and Transaction Banking activities across relevant jurisdictions.
– Approved product programs, service offerings, pricing frameworks, and client onboarding standards.
– Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework, Operational Risk Framework, Compliance policies, AML/CFT requirements, Sanctions policies, and Data Protection standards.
– Technology architecture, approved digital banking platforms, and transaction banking transformation roadmaps.
– Established KPIs relating to mandate acquisition, wallet share growth, deposit mobilization, transaction volumes, digital adoption, client onboarding, and service quality.
– Governance requirements covering management reporting, business performance tracking, portfolio analytics, and strategic planning activities.
– Internal audit, compliance, financial control, and regulatory reporting requirements.
– Market, country, and corridor strategies covering Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, Qatar, and other approved multinational corporate growth markets.
– Approved project governance methodologies and business analysis standards for process improvement, digital transformation, and strategic initiatives.
– Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards agreed between Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance functions.
– Strategic priorities established for enhancing QNB’s position as the preferred cash management and transaction banking partner for multinational corporations operating across the region.
