3D Animator / 3D Generalist: ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, design and create motion graphics elements to be used on-air, on-line and in multi-platform distribution

Collaborate with art director, editors and producers to design and create custom motion graphics for promotions, presentations and on-line executions

Create motion graphic templates and packages for shows.

Maintain and update our brand identity through animated bumpers, bugs and show IDs

Ability to animate logos, title cards and final composite graphics ready for broadcast.

Able to create high-end 3D motion graphics for the show titles, channel promos etc.

Performs other duties as assigned by the graphic supervisors.

Character Animations is a plus

Experience

At least 5 years of video/motion graphics experience in a web, broadcast or marketing firm environment

After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator are essential
Integration with Adobe Premiere.

Strong knowledge in 3D software (Modeling, Texturing and Shading, Rigging and Animations, Final Rendering).

Experience with 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, RealFlow), plugins (MoGraph, RealFlow, Trapcode suite)

Able to migrate a Photoshop/Illustrator comp into and After Effects project
Urge to continually expand repertoire by learning new software and techniques

Strong typography, composition and storytelling abilities

Education

University Degree or equivalent in Technical Certificates or Diplomas
