We are looking for a talented candidate for a Sales Engineer role who has had previous experience in the construction industry to join our SkyStruct team. The primary focus of the job is dedicated to sales with a secondary role in building SkyStruct’s Brand through marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Understand the targeted industry and customer’s business needs, develop insightful solution proposals and accurately articulate SkyStruct’s value proposition at the executive level.
Provide leadership throughout the sales process including the execution of customer discovery, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and in-depth workshops.
Create the solution vision in complex deals where a broad spectrum of the SkyStruct’s platform comes into play: help with prioritization and roadmap of capabilities to maximize value for the customer.
Be able to deliver effective product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Build relationships and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal team members.
Help shape product vision and strategy for the SkyStruct portfolio by translating industry trends, customer needs, and innovative vision into requirements for Product Management roadmaps.
Provide customer and market feedback to Management and Tech Dev teams
Act as a key thought leader for SkyStruct, both internally and externally, leading the creation of or providing input into industry points of view, whitepapers, and similar marketing materials.
Work with the SkyStruct Implementation Team to scope and estimate customer projects.
Represent SkyStruct and SkyStruct solutions as thought leaders at industry events, trade shows, and user groups.
Educate SkyStruct partners and industry analysts on SkyStruct and the SkyStruct solution offering
Maintain domain expertise by keeping abreast of new product enhancements, business trends, and Project best practices.

Qualifications and Expectations

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Interior Design/ Business
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Project Management
Minimum 02 years experience in the similar field
Previous experience in project management would be an added advantage
Experience with ERP systems and systems integration
Strong sales presence and superior communication skills
experience in complex pre-sales, and/or deployment of enterprise software solutions
Establishes executive-level relationships with customers
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team
Self-Starter Mentality and willingness to travel up to most of the time

Valid Qatar Driving licence
