For our reliability company, we are looking for a lady Office Administrator. To handle administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) Create and update records and database.
Knowledge of Basics Accounts. Good communication skills and pleasing personality.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The Administrator must have a good general knowledge of all functional office activities and would be expected to manage all the project administrative work relative to operational activities
