Hiring Programme Delivery Manager in Qatar
Scope of Programme Delivery Manager:
Working closely with the Programmes Director, the Programme Delivery Manager shall oversee Programmes development and implementation locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
– Support the Partnership strategy for Generation Amazing and negotiate robust agreement/MOU
– Build strong and robust relationships at all levels with partners and potential partners including NGOs and UN agencies, funding/donor organizations.
– Identify the right communities to host a Community Club and build a team of international and local partners to create
– Oversee the creation of a robust Youth Advocates programme and identify capacity building opportunities
Experience & Attributes
– Minimum 10 years of work experience, with minimum 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role
– Experience in not-for-profit / charity / humanitarian
– Experience in negotiating agreement/MOU
– Fluent in English (verbal and written). Arabic (an advantage)
