A reputed Company in Qatar is looking for a new team member for the position of ACCOUNTANT

– Female only (preferably Filipino)

– Transferable Visa with NOC and valid QID

– Available to start immediately

* Salary is 3000 QAR

* Accommodation and Transportation will be provided

Brief description

The position of accountant consists of analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, or other financial activities within an organization.


Regular updates of Account receivables, security deposits, and utility accounts and follow up for the collection
Updating the records of tenants in the system on a regular basis and preparing receivables and deposits reports.
Prepare monthly income report and ensure accuracy and completeness of the report
Collecting the necessary supporting documents to validate the payment request
Prepare bank reconciliation for all bank accounts
Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Document financial transactions by entering account information
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Secure financial information by completing database backups
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
Support month-end and year-end close process
Communicate effectively with tenants on the as-needed basis regarding queries on payments and billings.
Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with tenants
Communicate with Manager on work status and client issues that arise

Qualifications and requirements

A four-year bachelor’s degree;
Work experience as an Accountant
Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
