Responsibilities
- Managing a team of account managers and overseeing their day-to-day jobs.
- Providing guidance to Account Managers.
- Writing proposals and presentations for customers to land new accounts.
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing clients.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.
- Taking project briefs and managing the progress and production of client projects.
- Meeting with existing and potential clients.
- Building long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitoring client satisfaction post-sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
- Address customers’ concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage challenging situations that may affect clients.
- Identify customers’ needs and wants.
- Write and submit reports to the clients and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Possess a creative mindset
