We are hiring a professional and experienced Admin and Operation supervisor; the candidate will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the Sugar Taste business of baking and sweets.

Job Title: Operations & Admin Supervisor

Job Scope: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of Sugar Taste business activities and report to the Administration Manager.

Mandatory Requirements:

o  Based in Qatar.

o  Able to join immediately.

o  Arabic.

o  Proficient in English language skills in both written and verbal.

o  Work full time for 6 days a week.

o  Has Sponsorship Transfer if required.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.

Education:

Diploma or higher-level degree. (A culinary degree will be an advantage)

Behavioral Skills:

· Attention to detail.

· Tact, discretion, and diplomacy.

· Excellent multitasking and self-motivation.

· Organization skills – a neat, arranged work area promotes efficiency and safety.

· Teamwork– collaborating with others involved in creating, serving, and selling products

to keep operations running smoothly.

· Time management and leadership skills.

· Punctual and disciplined to ensure optimal work performance.

Technical Skills:

· Knowledge of pastry arts and ingredient themes will be an advantage.

· Good computer skills.

· As with most jobs in the hospitality industry, the candidate must be available to work weekends and extra time when required.

Responsibilities:

· Follow up, track, and monitor sugar taste day-to-day orders with Kitchen staff to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

· Monitor sugar taste performance daily and report issues to management for resolution if any.

· Monitor sugar taste inventory/store status daily and take necessary action to ensure material and stock are available all the time.

· Secure sugar taste customer comments and feedback regularly and conduct SWOT analysis when and as required.

·Handle sugar taste materials and orders from suppliers and perform necessary follow-up to ensure timely delivery to sugar taste.

· Conduct market and trend analysis and recommend strategies as applicable.

· Suggest and conduct marketing campaigns when required.

· Ensure sugar taste staff’s compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

· Always ensure proper storage of materials and supplies and keep the workplace tidy, clean, and always sanitized.

· Data entry of daily orders, and deliveries and preparing daily sales reports.

. Handle Inventory and procurement activities as deemed necessary.

· Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level.

· Support management for any activity when and as required.
