Description

Our company is looking for dedicated , harworking and with good looking Filipina Customer Service / Receptionist which can performe the different responsibilities:

Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
Answer the phone in a timely manner & direct calls to the correct offices.
Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filling systems for all partners.
Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners itineraries.
Deal with booking by phone, email, letter, fax , or face to face.
Deal with complaints or problems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
With Visa status : UNDER OF FAMILY VISA and can speak ARABIC , ENGLISH.
