PRO Public Relations Officer job vacancy in Doha, Qatar
Well versed to communicate in Arabic and English.
Handle Reception and Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Coordinate with PRO for all visa and ministry requirements and ensure timely renewal of official documents including Trade Licenses Chamber Certificate, Immigration card, Employee related records, Visas.
Organize and maintain employee records (attendance, personal data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Attendance and Leave Management
Manage and update vehicle records
Maintain and manage all maintenance contracts and reports
Should be familiar with latest updates and the online works.
Able to use the computer and Microsoft office.
Experience more than 2 years in the same field.
Applicants should knowledge about Qatar Labor Law.
NOC with Transferable VISA/QID
