An experienced Facility Operations Manager Required urgently.
-Act as a primary Point of contact between Customer and Company’s Operations Management.
-Keep the Customer (Base Services Manager) well informed of operational status daily.
-Immediately report all safety issues, employee accidents to Base Services Manager and company management.
-Supervise the daily activities of an in-housework force of around 100 cleaners
-Schedule staff to provide custodial duties restroom cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, special events ensure staffing, tasks and work schedules meet requirements of the custodial scope of Work.
-Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts.
-Ability to effectively manage supplies is very important.
-Identify any requirement for equipment, supplies, or furnishings.
-Ensure supervisors notify him/her of any needed repairs or broken
