We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Chief Stewarding to join our team at Waldorf Astoria Lusail, Doha Qatar. We are looking for someone who is passionate about having good knowledge of stewarding Operation .
2+ years of experience as same roll in a 5 Star Hotels.
1. Strong understanding of Stewarding Dept., Train the team, Sound knowledge of Chemical, Assist in training Team Members in all aspects of safety
2. Excellent HACCP knowledge and presentation skills
3. Positive Attitude, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Strong leadership and teamwork skills
5. Knowledge of buffet setup
6. Prepares and oversees staff cleaning schedules
7. Assigns and monitors employee schedules and attendance
8. Performs other stewarding manager responsibilities as needed
9. Communicates with culinary and front of house leaders and follow up with team solutions for issues
10. Completes daily checklists, work orders and assignments with follow up
11. Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens
12. Manage the store, inventory crockery and cutlery and buffet ware and others
13. Manage the chemical store and stewarding store.
