Are you an experienced leader with a passion for beach operations and management? We are currently seeking a temporary Beach Operations Supervisor to oversee our beachfront operations and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors.

Position: Temporary Beach Operations Supervisor (Ladies preferred)

Location: Ras Abu Aboud 974 Beach

Job Type: Temporary – Tuesdays and Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate beach operations, including beach setup, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Train and manage a team of beach attendants, ensuring proper protocol and excellent customer service.
• Monitor beach activities and enforce safety regulations to promote a secure environment for all beachgoers.
• Handle visitor inquiries, complaints, and concerns, providing effective and professional solutions.
• Collaborate with beach management to implement improvements and optimize operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in beach operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle various operational challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and address their needs.
• Flexibility and availability to work on a temporary basis, including weekends and holidays, during the beach season.
