Program Coordinator – Academic Affairs
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Provide course materials to registered students
2. Provide the lesson plan and the timetable to the students
3. Follow up on their attendance and feedback
4. Ensure the student completes the program as per the duration
5. Inform the faculty of the new student admission and the next batch starting date
5. Work closely with the Faculty and the students
6. Ensure the Faculty delivers the lesson as per the timetable
7. Provide the evaluation – Exam, and assignments to the students once the program is
completed
8. Provide the exam results to students once the evaluation is completed
9. Monitor the course materials and update the Administrator on new books
10. Identify new program requirements that needs to be introduced to the Management
11. Work closely with the Student Counselors and Sales team
The candidate we are looking for
1. Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Education as a Coordinator or a Teacher
2. Bachelor’s degree in the field of education, Business, or Science
3. Good command of English and be bilingual
4. Self-motivator and a team player
