We are looking for Customer Service Executive in Logistics/Freight forwarding with the below requirements:

Prepare and send daily reports to Customer per the requirement.
Coordinate all Imports, Exports and Cross-traded shipments.
Follow all the transport files including litigations through our worldwide offices.
Elaborate & fulfil monthly Timeline deviation file.
Elaborate quotations and logistics/transport proposals (Air & Sea Freight).
Provide timely update and maintain a report to ensure orders are completed.
Be flexible to provide assistance to the customers when it’s required.
Update customer database with all information needed for file.
Be a customer support after business hours and weekends for urgent shipments/AOG.
Assist billing team if required.
Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients as per the invoicing procedures
Note:

Minimum 2 Years of experience in Freight forwarding
Candidate must be available in Qatar(Local Hiring only)
