We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and complaints while also managing order processing, modifications, and the escalation of issues through various communication channels. To excel in this role, you should maintain composure when dealing with frustrated customers and possess computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Training Provided:

1. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries using various communication channels.
3. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
4. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of our products to answer customer questions.
5. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
7. Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
8. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
9. Supervise and guide junior customer service representatives.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support.

Requirements:

– High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
– Ability to remain composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
– Comfortable with computer usage.
– Prior experience in customer support.
