We are hiring Recruitment Coordinator on urgent basis.

Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
– Screen and interview candidates to identify the right fit for the organization.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remote.
– Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
– Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using recruitment software and various job portals.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– High level of attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
