Looking for a detail-oriented CAFM Clerk to join our Facilities Management team in Doha. This is an opportunity for an organized individual to play a key role in maintaining our data systems and As a CAFM Clerk, you will be the central point for maintaining accurate data in our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update CAFM system data (assets, space, maintenance schedules).
· Process and track work orders to ensure timely completion.
· Generate reports on maintenance, asset performance, and space utilization.
· Support preventive maintenance planning and record accuracy.
· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to document service requests.
· Assist with audit and compliance documentation.
· Perform data quality checks to ensure database integrity.
Requirements:
· High school diploma is required; an associate’s degree is a plus.
· Experience with CAFM, IWMS, or CMMS software (e.g., Archibus, Planon) is a strong advantage.
· Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
